Steve’s birthday is coming up in May. I was invited to his early birthday/dinner party and wanted to bring him a little something. His partner told me he could use some new shopping bags. The ones he is using now are getting worn, and could be replaced. Well, since I know how to sew, and bags are relatively simple to make, I jumped on the idea. Of course, making only one was not good enough. I felt he needed choices, and made the grand total of three! Good things come in three’s, right?
I rummaged through my collection of fabric, and found what I needed. Steve loves orange. He has lots 
of color around him, all the time. ( You should see his house. Fabulous! ) A pair of khakis, a sheet, and remnant pieces have been spun to three different sized, fully functional, completely lined, fabulous bags. I am pleased with how they turned out. He loves them! He told me he used two of them, just today. Hurray!
